Lutin DOES NOT REFUND any premium payments except in these cases :
1 - Your version faced a bug that prevented it from performing it's core task, this core task is mentioned on the application page. 2 - You paid for your version and we didn't confirm it until your purchased period ended up. 3 - Any bug which caused delay in receiving your full version. You won't take your money back, but your purchased period will be extended according to the period the problem remained in. |
